Starter Planks
In each pack you'll get 8 fixed length boards. You'll also get 2 starter planks measuring a minimum of 600mm in length. We include these to help you start laying your floor and ensure you keep a consistent staggered pattern throughout.
Rustic
Rustic graded wood is by far the most popular grade. It has a lovely natural look, thanks to the knots, grains and colour variation in the oak. Any open knots will be filled in, giving your floor an aged wood effect.

The way in which engineered floor is made makes it incredibly hard wearing. This makes it ideal for use in areas exposed to day to day wear and tear, which also makes it significantly easier to clean. It is also suitable to be used with underfloor heating, something that is increasingly popular in most modern homes. Engineered wood flooring has the ability to withstand fluctuations in temperatures and can therefore also be used in rooms where a solid wood could not, such as conservatories or even basements.
The Malham Leaf Oak can be installed using the floating floor click system. The click system works by fitting the planks together using tongues and grooves, the planks easily click into place. This simple system is quick and easy meaning any DIY fan should be able to take on the job. Please see the full, downloadable installation guide in the installation tab above for more information.
