Our team aim to review your referral within 1 - 2 weeks. After your request has been reviewed, we’ll email you and your friend to explain next steps.

You can refer as many friends as you like! However, all referred friends must be new customers to us. If your friend has shopped with us before, they won’t be eligible for our refer a friend scheme.

Friend discounts only apply to orders over £600. Your referral must be approved by our team before any discounts can be applied. Friends’ orders must be placed over the phone with our sales team, who will then apply the discount. John Lewis gift vouchers will be sent by our team, via email, within 7 days of your friend’s order, and your order, being delivered.

Your friend will receive their discount when placing an order with our sales team, over the phone.
Your friend will need to call our sales team on 0333 577 0025 and tell them they’ve been referred through our Refer a Friend scheme.
Our team will cross-check their details and place their order over the phone, applying the discount*.
*Discount applies to orders over £600.

You’ll receive your £25 John Lewis gift voucher via email within 7 days of your friend’s order, and your order, being delivered.
