We deliver to UK addresses, including Northern Ireland.
We offer next-day delivery*, standard delivery and a bespoke delivery service for properties with restricted access. Both standard and bespoke delivery can take up to 4 working days depending on your location.
As is standard in the industry, all deliveries are made to the kerbside. Our delivery partners can’t bring your flooring into your property, so you may need to ask someone to help you.
Standard delivery - £39.95.
Bespoke delivery - £39.95. Choose this option if a vehicle the size of a fire engine will have problems parking on and/or accessing your road. If you’re unsure if bespoke delivery is right for you, please contact our customer support team on 0333 577 0025.
Looking for next-day delivery? Orders must be placed before 12pm to be guaranteed for delivery on the next working day. Any orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the first working day of the following week for delivery the following working day.
*Our delivery partner does not offer next-day delivery to Cornwall or Devon. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery to these areas.
There are a few important things to bear in mind when it comes to your delivery. Follow this handy checklist to make sure you’re all set for the big day.
To help us make sure your delivery runs smoothly, please consider the following question:
Would a vehicle the size of a fire engine have problems parking on and/or accessing your road or driveway?
If your answer is ‘Yes’, just select ‘Bespoke Delivery’ at checkout and we’ll plan ahead so we can deliver your beautiful new flooring.
Please note, if access to your property is restricted and you don’t select bespoke delivery at checkout, the delivery may fail. If this happens, a redelivery fee will apply.
Avoid any delays by providing delivery instructions in the order comment box at checkout.
As is standard in the industry, your flooring will be delivered to your kerbside. Our delivery partners can’t bring the flooring into your property, so please make sure you have someone nearby to help, if you won’t be able to move it yourself.
Keep an eye out for your two-hour delivery window notification and make sure you’re in to accept your flooring. If you’re not in when your driver arrives with your order, you may be charged a redelivery fee.
Make sure you’re happy with the order and that everything is in tip-top condition.
Ready to order but don’t need your floor right away? We can store your order in our warehouse for up to three months, for free.
