Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 (25kg) - Levelling Compound

Give worn floors a smooth new start with Ultraplan Renovation 3240. This fibre-reinforced, self-levelling compound is purpose-built for renovation and refurbishment work across both residential and commercial spaces.

Designed to correct variations from 3 to 40mm, it creates a smooth, durable surface that’s ready for almost any kind of floor covering.

Versatile and dependable, this compound can be applied over a wide range of substrates, including wood flooring, floorboards, chipboard panels and plywood, as well as new and existing screeds. Its flexible formula makes it ideal for use in both domestic and commercial interiors with proven compatibility for underfloor heating systems and castor wheels.

Ultraplan Renovation 3240 can be applied by hand or pump, setting in as little as 40 to 90 (depending on thickness) minutes and ready for light activity within 3 to 12 hours. Floor coverings can typically be installed after 24 to 72 hours for wood flooring (this also depends on thickness).

Each 25kg bag covers approximately 6m² at 3 mm thickness, providing excellent coverage and a smooth, professional finish every time.
