    Simply complete our handy returns form and send your packs back to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you, provided everything’s still in tip-top condition!

    Perfect for commercial and domestic interiors, it provides a smooth, even surface that’s ready for any type of floor covering, whether its luxury vinyl or engineered wood.

    Engineered to correct variations from 3 to 10mm, this compound delivers exceptional compressive strength (26N/mm²) for a stable, long-lasting base. Plus, its low-odour and moisture-tolerant formula makes it ideal for use in occupied spaces, while its compatibility with castor wheels and heated screeds ensures versatility across a variety of projects.

    Once mixed, Latexplan Trade sets quickly, making it ready for light activity in just 1.5 to 2 hours. You can then lay your flooring after 12 hours. Each 30 kg kit covers approximately 6m² at 3mm thickness, offering excellent value and reliability for professional installers.

    You'll have 30 days from the day your flooring arrives to return it to us. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
