Applied in two rapid-drying coats, it provides effective control of moisture levels up to 4.5 CM-% (95% RH), making it ideal for preparing floors prior to the installation of smoothing compounds and coverings.

Perfect for both new and renovation projects, Mapeproof Primer (MVS) can also be used over heated screeds with moisture levels of up to 85% RH. Its turquoise colour ensures clear, even coverage during application, while its roller-applied formula makes it quick and straightforward to use on site.

Once applied, smoothing compounds can typically be installed after 2 to 5 hours with a maximum of 12 hours depending on room conditions. With coverage of up to 40m² per 10kg unit for two coats, it delivers both efficiency and dependable performance.
