Mapeproof One Coat A (4.2kg) & B (2.8kg) – Moisture Control Membrane

Protect your installation from moisture-related issues with Mapeproof One Coat. This single-application, two-part epoxy membrane creates a durable barrier for cement-based substrates before flooring installation.

Engineered for reliability, it effectively controls residual, static and construction moisture levels from above 75% to 97% relative humidity when applied to floors with an existing structural DPM.

Suitable for resilient, textile and wood floor coverings, trowel and roller-applied coating forms a seamless moisture barrier in just one application. It can also be used on calcium sulphate screeds with moisture levels of up to 90% RH without underfloor heating.

After approximately 5 hours, Mapeproof One Coat is ready for light activity and is fully hardened after 24 hours at +23°C. With excellent coverage of up to 48m² per 21kg unit or 16m² per 7kg unit, it delivers dependable performance across both commercial and residential projects.
