    Simply complete our handy returns form and send your packs back to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you, provided everything’s still in tip-top condition!

    Bring precision and speed to your floor preparation with Latexplan No Ammonia. This professional-grade, two-part compound levels and smooths subfloors for a perfect finish every time. Suitable for applications from 3 to 10mm, it provides a strong, even base for all types of floor coverings in both commercial and residential interiors.

    Latexplan No Ammonia has been formulated for maximum practicality. It can be applied directly over old adhesive residues, including bitumen, as well as plywood and ceramic tiles. In most cases, priming isn't needed either!

    This protein-free, ammonia-free composition makes it safe to use in a sensitive environment, while its moisture tolerance and compatibility with heated screeds and castor wheels ensure reliable performance across a wide range of conditions.

    Once mixed, this compound sets in just 30 minutes, making it ready for light activity within an hour. You can lay new floor coverings after only 4 hours. Each 24.4kg kit covers approximately 5m² at 3mm thickness, delivering both speed and efficiency for professional installers.

    We're confident that you’ll adore your new floor, but in the unlikely event that you're not happy with it or if you've got unopened packs leftover from a project, we'll happily accept a return. 

    You'll have 30 days from the day your flooring arrives to return it to us. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
