Great Flooring and Service

First off - I am a tricky buyer and agonize over every decision - online buying doesn’t come easy to me as I fret about what the product will look like. I am so Glad we could order as many samples s we wanted and Jess - our salesperson - was simply amazing - she answered so many of my questions. Can’t talk about durability yet but for people who love the look and variety of « real wood » but want to have underfloor heating - this is a fabulous choice. Yes there are days where I think « should I have got a properly sealed and lacquered option as opposed to this at times quite grainy floor where my tiny kids spill drinks and slime? » but then I remember that love the look and feel beyond compare. So far no issues with the underfloor heating either - we used the glue that Luxury supply and made sure our fitters followed their fitting instructions

Great value engineered wood flooring

I went for this model for the entire downstairs at home. That is kitchen dinner, hall and cloakroom. I have yet to see how this floor will look in a few years, but for the time being I can say that it looks great. It was fitted by a professional (glued to concrete) and I had no complains from him. If you are making a big order, I recommend get in touch with an agent first as you might get an extra discount.
