There is a way to eradicate any damage and general wear and tear. This product has a wear layer of 3mm, which means you can sand it down twice. This should not normally need to be done for the first 15-20 years, so you can only imagine how long these gorgeous floors can last!
This product presents a select grade, which means all the wood’s natural imperfections are preserved but not over stressed. This is ideal if you want something with plenty of charm and character while still remaining beautifully natural. This product comes unfinished, so this is something that you’ll need to complete yourself.
One of engineered wood’s most useful features is its ability to cope with the differing temperatures of under-floor heating. This is something solid wood cannot tolerate, so take this into account if it’s important to you! We’ve also included a fantastic 25-year guarantee!

Just had my floor delivered and the quality is excellent. For the price paid it is simply nothing less than an absolute bargain! Held back delivery for my timing for me, so that it wasn't in the way of my building work another great service BTW! Delivered to kerb, as is usual on pallet delivery, so those people who had issue with this need to understand that this is not in luxury flooring control as pump trucks and large pallets can't go in domestic doorways. To combat this just have someone able to break load from pallet and straight into property as delivery drivers don't do this on this type of cargo. Quality and price paid for amount I got was fantastic. Great customer service from everyone spoken to at luxury flooring, I'm so glad I found them as it's an absolute bargain. If you are reading this here and are anxious about ordering, don't be, just order. You won't be disappointed.

We had been shopping everywhere for parquet flooring that didnt cost the earth and our friend suggested this company as they had recently had their own done from here. When we say the parquet select we thought it may be to good to be true, but the samples arrived quickly and seemed good quality. We couldnt find the right colour so our carpenter said unfinished and he would stain it after. Delivery was prompt and the floor was the same as the samples. We are extremely pleased and would use them again in future

After ordering many samples we settled on the Fresh oak. The quality of the floor is excellent, and we laid it ourselves in our living room with no problem at all. We treated ours with Osmo raw oil and it looks amazing now, but if you want a pretreated natural one the Biscuit oak would be another option. Slightly over ordered but love it so much we didn't return it as we are putting it in our hallway too and got it when there was an offer on which made it even better! Highly recommend! and very quick delivery too and well packed.

I looked everywhere for a herringbone floor that I could get in the UK that was a similar colour to one I had seen whilst working in France. My builder suggested these guys, and whilst I couldnt find the colour this caught my eye due to the price. I ordered a couple of samples for my builder to test some stains on till we found the right colour. Once we had that was it, it was perfect. My order arrived quickly and on my chosen date. Looks gorgeous now it is laid and stained.
