Beautiful flooring

This flooring looks beautiful I have it in every room in my flat. It’s waterproof and scratch proof and will retain its looks for years to come. I had it professionally installed and would have this flooring again without a doubt I love it and everyone who visits comments on how great it looks.

Not as hard wearing as we had hoped unfortunately

Firstly, the floor looks amazing overall and customer service has always been prompt. We had the floor laid April 2025 and it has been great until a dish fell out of the bottom kitchen cupboard (no more than 15cm height) and has dented it. I understand this is accidental damage, but for the price I wouldn’t have expected it to be damaged this easily or this from this height. We had our old laminate flooring from another brand down in the same for 7 years and never had any similar issues but decided we would upgrade to this floor after we suffered a flood in our house. The 25 year warranty and promise of a luxury hard wearing floor were both deciding factors in choosing this floor for our family home. We have been left really disappointed that our brand new flooring has only lasted 5 months without being damaged and unfortunately afrer contacting customer support we have been informed that this isn’t covered on the warranty and we have been advised to purchased a standard vinyl repair kit from a DIY retailer. *I have tried to upload a picture but it won’t let me.

We completely understand your frustration, especially given the floor was only installed in April 2025 and you chose it specifically for its hard-wearing performance and 25-year warranty in a busy family home. While accidental impacts (such as a dropped item) aren’t typically covered under manufacturer warranties, we appreciate that this doesn’t make it any less disappointing when it happens so soon after installation. The flooring looks fantastic and adds a beautiful touch to the space. If you're planning to install it yourself, I recommend ordering slightly more material than your exact measurements required. This ensures you have extra in case of mistakes, as the installation process requires some skill and practice to get it right.
