nice colours poor click system

Bought this a while ago, really like the tiles and the colour is great but the click system is very difficult and much harder than the site video indicates. Was going to instal myself but ended up getting a flooring expert to install, and it took them a day longer to install than they expected. Floor looks good now it is down but I noticed a couple of tiles show signs of damage (from installation), if these need to be replaced then may have to replace whole floor. I had extra tiles and used them to floor a small bathroom, laid as straight planks rather than herringbone, it was still a challenge but managed to lay by myself.

That said, we’re sorry to hear the click system proved more challenging than expected and didn’t feel as straightforward as our video suggests. Installation can vary depending on the subfloor condition, room layout, and the pattern being installed (herringbone in particular can be more time-consuming and technical), so we completely understand the frustration of needing to bring in a professional and the job taking longer than planned.
